BUYING A HOME
Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions we make in our lives. I make it my personal goal to find the home that BEST suits your
needs and wants. Be it your first or tenth home purchase, my professional service and advice stays the same. My approach to buying
a home is to see as much as we can in what you are looking for so we you educated to the area you are considering. From there, we
can begin to narrow the scope and focus based on price, preference of area, and your reaction to seeing properties that would be a
consideration for you. During this time, I will help in whatever way we can to get you comfortable with a mortgage professional and
have your financing as solid as we are able to get it. Once you have focused on a home, we will negotiate you an acceptable purchase
deal and get you to title company to handle the closing. From there, I will walk you through the normal pre-purchase inspections,
mainly a home and termite inspection, and an appraisal from your lending institution. On closing day, I will be there to make sure you
have the deal you expected from your lender and the seller, as well as conduct a pre-settlement walkthrough. From there, is it getting
the keys to your new home! The best part of working with me on your purchase is I charge NO fees to you. My commission will be
paid by the seller, my service to you is completely FREE OF CHARGE.
